Accessibility statement
In effect from · 22 April 2026
GetIt Express Private Limited is committed to making its corporate website usable by the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies. This statement records the standard we hold ourselves to and the channel for reporting accessibility issues.
1. Standard
We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Where conformance is partial, we have noted the gap and the remediation plan in the section below.
2. What we have done
- All meaningful images carry text alternatives; decorative images are marked
aria-hidden. - Colour contrast for body text meets or exceeds 4.5:1 against the background.
- Focus is always visible, with a 2 px brand-coloured outline.
- The interface honours
prefers-reduced-motionand avoids parallax or auto-playing media. - Pages can be operated entirely by keyboard.
- Page structure follows a single
h1-down heading hierarchy.
3. Known gaps
- A "skip to main content" link is implemented and visible on keyboard focus.
- Some downloadable assets in the press kit are raster PNGs without text alternatives. We are providing SVG counterparts where feasible.
4. Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this site, please write to support@getit.express. We will acknowledge your message within three working days and will explain how and when we plan to fix the issue.
5. Compatibility
The site is designed to work in the latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and is tested with the screen readers shipped with macOS (VoiceOver), Windows (NVDA), and iOS (VoiceOver).
